DO I NEED ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE TO JOIN A COURSE OR SEMINAR?
Not at all. Our training is designed for complete beginners as well as those with martial arts or security backgrounds. Every session is adapted to the group’s level and needs.
IS YOUR TRAINING SUITABLE FOR WOMEN AND YOUNG PEOPLE?
Yes. We specialise in empowering women and young people through practical, sensitive, and supportive training. Many of our programmes are delivered in schools, colleges, and universities.
