EMPOWERMENT SEMINARS

Tackling Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG)

At A.C.T. Self Defence, we believe that real self-defence isn’t about aggression — it’s about control, awareness, and confidence.

Founded by a team of veterans, martial artists, and community leaders, we are a registered Community Interest Company (CIC) with one mission: to make self-defence training accessible, empowering, and life-changing.

From tackling violence against women and girls in schools and universities, to mentoring young people through our Empower Them Project, to delivering professional conflict management training, we’re here to help individuals and communities feel safer, stronger, and better prepared.
